To be able to fly you must need a constant variable force from the ground

Now see...

U must be knowing that ground exerts an Normal force equal to MASS × GRAVITATION

So in ur case it is 60 × 10 = 600Newton

So to be able to rise up from the ground U need a force greater than 600Newton.
