Force = Pressure × Area

= 15 pascal × (10^-4 m²) ………[∵ 1 cm.sq = 10^-4 m²]

= 15 × 10^-4 N

∴ Force to applied is 15 × 10^-4 N

F = ?

A = 10 cm^2 into m^2 = 0.01

P = 10 Pa

P = F/A

10 = F/0.01

10 × 0.01 = F

0.1 N = F

Hope it helps :)
