in an isosceles triangle the perpendicular drawn from apex to opposite side bisects opposite side and bisects apex angle too . so angle is 30/2 =15deg .Altitude of triangle =8cos 15= 8*0.9659=7.7274 cm

half base =8sin15 =8*0.2588 =2.0706 base =2 *2.0706 =4.1412

Total S A =2*1/2 *4.1412* 7.7274 + 2*20*8 +4.1412 *20

=32.0007+320 + 82.824 =434.8247 sq cms

Answer :Total S A of Glass = 434.8247 sq cms
