Like 2-3 inches. REALLY fast. I eat a healthy diet, massage my scalp (brings blood flow to make hair longer) and don't use any products. My mom says that all I eat just goes to my hair, not my height. :( 5 foot here! Ha ha :( okay...  

I also hear that if you hang your head down, say lying on the side of a bed and your head just hangs out will help it grow. Something about waking the hair base thingy in your scalp. Don't brush too much, and I would buy extensions if your hair looks THAT bad.
