You should have also stated Body's Specific heat capacity

Well if not stated

then

q = mc \triangle t \\ q = (1)c(10)

where q is heat required

c is specific heat capacity

and \:  \triangle \: t \:  = change \: in \: temp

weather change is in kelvin or celcius it is same

hence we get amount of heat erg required

=10c
