Hello,

Here's ur answer :-

1 kg = 1000 g

Temperature = 30 degree Celsius

Let's do unitary method :-

When :-

Temp = 1, mass = 1, cal = 1
Temp= 30,mass = 1, cal = 30
Temp=30,mass=1000, cal = 30000

So, heat required is 30000 cal or 30 kcal.
