So, we have,
1/infinity * 100
= 100/infinity.

Now, let us consider 'x' as a very very less value, tending to 0.
So, one can write = 1/x = infinity.

Now, we may write,
100/infinity
= 100/(1/x)
= (100*x)/1

Since, x is a variable tending to 0 so,
100 * x = tending to zero.

Thus, (100*x)/1
= (tending to zero)/1
= (tending to zero) %
