The vaulting table is mainly used in gymnastics.
All of the gymnasts have to vault over a table which is referred to as the table which is slightly inclined and is a metal piece of equipment consisting of a springy and a padded cover.
For men the height is set at 135 cm while for women it is set at a height of 125 cm.
