Coconutoil is semi-solid at ambient temperature, is very light in colour and has a density of approximately 890 kg/ m3 at 60°C (920 kg/m3 at 15°C). The oil is normally exported in the form of the Crude Oil with a maximum free fatty acid content of 5%, calculated as lauric acid.
