albatross \:  = 3 \frac{3}{5}  =  \frac{15}{8}  = 3.6m

seagull =  1\frac{7}{10}  =  \frac{17}{10}  = 1.7m

now comparing

3.6-1.7=1.9

Hence albatross has 1.9 m long wing
