how much mark should we score in science and maths to get science stream???

According to the norms of the CBSE, every candidate who has cored more than 60% marks in his class 10 is eligible for all streams in class 11 and for further studies. But various private schools set their own bars and criteria for different groups or streams. So it depends on the school that your are taking admission in.

Further, I will like to add that generally student who have scored more than 9 CGPA are eligible for all streams in the private schools.

It is different at different places but most importantly your final grade/percentage is considered which usually is around 90%
