Use 3rd equation if motion

2as =  {v}^{2}  -  {u}^{2}  \\  \\ 2(10)(0.8m) =  {v}^{2}  - 0 \\  \implies  \\  {v}^{2}  = 16 \:  \: or \:  \: v = \sqrt{16}  =  4

So momentum

p = mv = 10 \times 4 = 40 \: kgms {}^{ - 1}
