2x^2+4xy+2y^2 > 5x^2+10xy-y^2

(2x^2+4xy+2y^2)-(5x^2+10xy-y^2)

=2x^2+4xy+2y^2-5x^2-10xy+y^2

=- 3x^2-6xy+3y^2

(-3x^2-6xy+3y^2) is the answer
