Answer:

Hii

Believe it or not, there are over 7 trillion nerves in the human body. All these nerves are part of what's known as your body's nervous system. You can think of nerves as your body's electrical wiring — they transmit signals between your brain, spinal cord, and the rest of your body.

There are about 7 trillion nerves in the human body. All the nerves in our body are a part of the nervous system. The nerves in our body transmit signals between our brain, spinal cord and the rest of our body. Nerve cells are called neurons. They send messages throughout our body. All nerves are important for proper day-to-day functioning, but there are two groups of nerves chiropractors focus on the most: cranial and spinal nerves.

Cranial Nerve -  These nerves are present at the bottom of our brain. There are about 12 pairs of them and they all have different specialities and functions. These nerves connect our brain to different parts of our head, neck and trunk.

Spinal Nerve - Spinal cord is a part of the central nervous system. It starts from the bottom of the brain stem and it goes down till our lower back. There are about 31 pairs of them and they control many functions in our body. They transmit message from our spinal cord to the body.
