If you are overweighted then you should atleast do 1 hour Yoga Suryanamaskar Inculded.. or you can try aerobics. Na apart from that you can have a break of 2 hours regain your strength by some protein shakes or Banana and then you can continue on but don't overwork. You can also try dancing after yoga.
