Nearly all the Eukaryotic organisms with relatively Complex body organisation which are mainly multicellular reproduce sexually.

But sometimes the organisms which show is asexual reproduction can also show sexual reproduction during unfavourable conditions so as to enhance the chances of growth and survival .

Very very less.

If you are thinking about big plants and animals, almost 90-95% of them reproduces sexually.

But there a lot lot more organisms in this planet than those which meets the eyes.

Microorganism like fungi, bacteria, virus, bacteria, protista, monera have little to none probabilty of being able to produce sexually.

Sexual reproduction is good from evolutionary viewpoint, but, it is vastly inefficient, time consuming and hard.

Offspring produced by asexual organism is huge in number.

To wrap up, I would say 2-3% of all organism reproduces sexually.
