Heya mate!

Just follow these steps-:

Mass = 50kg

Time = 250 seconds

Height = 20m

Gravity =10m/s

Power = \frac{Work \: done}{time}

 Power = \frac{mgh}{t}

 = \frac{50 \times 10 \times 20}{250}

After cuttings >>>>>>

 = 40Watt
