We carry around 14.7 pounds per square inch at sea level amount of pressure on our head.
It's like holding a small car on our head all the time. But still we don’t feel the air pressure.
The reason being, there is no pressure difference between the external air and the air that is inside our body.

Explanation:
The pressure that gets exerted on our heads is at 14 pounds which is per square inch at the sea level. It acts not only on our heads, but on our whole body right from the moment that we are born. The reason why we don't feel it is because we get accustomed to the pressure.
