\huge\rm\red{ANSWER :-}

the pressure that we feel on our head is the atmospheric pressure. 1atm=105Pa. we do not feel this pressure because the blood moving in our blood vessels exerts pressure in an outward direction and the atmosphere puts a pressure in an inward direction ,so the pressure get balanced or cancelled.

*The pressure that gets exerted on our heads is at 14 pounds which is per square inch at the sea level. It acts not only on our heads, but on our whole body right from the moment that we are born. The reason why we don't feel it is because we get accustomed to the pressure.
