The weight of atmosphere on the top of your head is 250kg, which is equal to the weight of about two baby elephants. we don't feel it because the pressure of the blood in our blood vessels and that of other fluids present in the body balances out the atmospheric pressure.

Hope it helps!!

the pressure that we feel on our head is the atmospheric pressure. 1atm=105Pa. we do not feel this pressure because the blood moving in our blood vessels exerts pressure in an outward direction and the atmosphere puts a pressure in an inward direction ,so the pressure get balanced or cancelled. therefore we do not feel the atmospheric pressure.
