The main misconception here seems to be about the behaviour of air molecules and the resulting air pressure. We start off with an example:
Suppose that your palm is open, outstretched, surrounded by air. Atmospheric pressure is about 105

Pascal. A human palm (roughly) has a surface area of about 100 sq.cm. Now, the resulting force due to the air above you, on your palm is 105∗100∗10−4N=1000N

100

N
=
1000
N
. That's about the same as a 100 kg block on top of your palm. So why don't we feel it? And even if we do, then why does another 1 kg block on it feel so heavy?

Atmospheric pressure = 101325 Pa
Area of your head(approx) = 50 × 50 cm²

The reason why you don't feel that much pressure is because your blood in head exerts equal and opposite pressure on the walls of blood containers.
And that's why you don't feel much pressure on your head.

hope it helps you if yes then please mark my answer as brainliest ☺️☺️.

AdiK1needy: that's what I read in my textbook, if you know please let me also know what's correct, cause that's the correct answer
