first know your weight in kilograms
then multiply it from 1.4 and You got the amount of protein in grams which is needed for you in a day
and if You multiply your weight with 1.8 then You got the sufficient amount of protein in grams for a day.

here the ans is.._________
per a day u have to take 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of the body weight or 0.36 grams per pound..
a Man should have 56 grams and where as an women should have 46 grams per a day....
