hey I'm an ex-fiitjeeian and let me tell you that i scored around 150 and got 50% scholarship along with 25% waiver, so scoring 250 can fetch you up to 90% of scholarship.

Actually it depends not only on your marks but others marks as well because rank in test is seen and not marks.......
But you can get good amount of scholarship of that I am sure..........
