First fortnight of October is the optimum time for linseed sowing. The seed should be sown in rows 23 cm apart, at a depth of 4-5 cm by kera. 40 kg seed/ha for prepared seed bed and in case of direct seeded linseed in standing rice, the seed rate should be 75 kg/ha .

Answer:

With an average seed size of 15,000 seeds per pound or 900,000 seeds per bushel, a pound of average-sized seed with 80% germination and emergence has a yield potential of approximately 1.5 bushels per acre.
