Use this formula nC(process)(dt) which is equal to heat , and here heat is converted into thermal energy
Here process is isochoric
So,
C(process) changes to C(isochoric)=3/2R for monoatomic gases
nC(isochoric)(dt)=(3.45/20.18)*(3/2*2)(100-0)=51.46 cal
