By travelling east to west, You will save 1 day each time You make a full circle around the Earth, because You will go "faster" than the Sun and eventually cross the date line before the Sun does. It is only relative thinking, because You will spend the same time on the road either way, i.e. You will get older for the same amount of time either way, but save 1 date (not a day).
