Since radio signals travel at the speed of light[ neglegible differences in speed] the speed of the radio signals will be 3 multiplied by 10 raised to a factor of 8. The distance will be doubled as it is travelling to the moon and coming back. We know that time = distance divided by speed. Convert distance to metres [ speed of light is in metres] substitute values and get the answer. the answer is most probably  2.56 seconds. Please check answer to be sure. Im also not sure of the unit so check that too. Most probably something like 2sec and 56 milli sec or something so please check.

Thank you.
