School students should maximum spend 1 hour using computer during normal times because excessive using causes much harm to the physical body as well as brain and causes addiction to use computer ...
But regarding using when there are projects and all, students can use as required but should not just hang over on other things during project.. But they should try to minimize the use even during projects because they also cause mental and physical harms .. But it should not be used continuously for a long time..
