v=2pie r/t

3.14=2x3.14x6400/t

t=2x3.14/3.14

t=2hrs

Given:

The velocity of satellite V = 3.14 km/s

Height above the surface h = 3600 km

Radius of the earth = 6400 km

Time = t

V = 2 pie r/t

Based on the given data,

3.14 = 2 X 3.14 X 6400/ t

t = 2 X 3.14 / 3.14

Therefore Time t = 2 hours.
