As you have both distance and velocity, you can rewrite the formula to: time = distance/velocity. Only the units need to be checked now, you have metres as distance and for ease well convert the velocity to metres per second rather than km/s too. 1 km has 1000m and 1 hour has 3600 seconds (60min*60sec). Combining that gives a speed of 36km/h divided by 3,6 (3600/1000), which is the factor used to convert m/s to km/s and back. This gives 80/(36/3,6)= 8 seconds.
