We should drink at least 2 lit of water daily.

Though it is quite exasperating to drink water, there are many benefits.

1. It prevents us from suffering through kidney stones.

2. can prevent constipation.

3. relieve symptoms of head ache and obviously dehydration

4. prevents our body functions from collapsing.
