\textbf {\underline {\underline {Answer :}}}

1408 litres

\textbf {\underline {\underline { Explanation :}}}

For a tank (cuboidal) : Inner Radius = Inner diameter/2 = 1.6/2 = 0.8m

Given : Its depth i.e. height = 0.8m

Volume of the tank = Volume of the cylinder

                                = πr²h

                                = 22/7 × 0.8 × 0.8

                                                    × 0.7

                                = 22 × 0.8 × 0.8 ×

                                                       0.1

                               = 1.408 m³

Amount of water  =  Its volume

hold by the tank

                             = 1.408 m³

                             = 1.408 × 1000 [∵

                                  1m³ = 1000 litres]

                            \tt {\implies}\red {\: 1408 \: litres}

Amount of water hold by the tank = 1408 litres
