How much weight will be reduced in 12 days by walking?

There is no specific units to be reduced within 12 days.
Weight loss depends on many factors.
If you wanna loose weight only by walking that too in 12 days, it depends on your daily routine. Maximum u can loose 3kgs in 12 days that too if u follow the following :

1. Go early to bed and wake up early. A complete sleep of 8 hours is must for it.

2.Get up at 5am and walk for atleast 2 to 3 hours a day continuously. Calories start to burn after 35mins of continuous exercise.

3.Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. According to your weight, have water. Proper amount of water intake helps you in weight loss. Remember excess intake water is harmful. If your weight is around 50 to 60 kgs, 10 to 12 glasses of water is sufficient for you.

4.Stop the intake of oily and junk food. Don't go on a diet. It is of no use. Have a full tummy in the breakfast ( 2hours after workout ) , half meal in the lunch and hardly eat in the night.

5. Reduce the consumption of ghee and butter and lower your diet.

6.Don't follow YouTube taking lots of experimental juices, it doesn't work.

7.Have a glass of lemonade in the morning after walking by squeezing one lemon in warm water with black salt and NO SUGAR.

8.Have a half an hour walk in the evening.

9.Make sure to eat enough to exercise and have a control on your tongue.

10.Follow them for one month, you will loose atleast 5kgs..... I did it so I can say this but..... AVOID GYMING AND HAVE CONTROLED DIET.
