how much work is done in moving a charge of 2c across two points having a potential difference between 12v?

v = w / q

Therfore

12 = w / 2

w = 24

Hence 24 Joules of work was done.

If you remember 12V potential difference can simply be taken as work done per unit charge to bring charge from a point of zero potential to a point of zero potential to a point with potential 12V in a electric field.                          Therefore to take 2C charge, work=12*2=24J                                                       Since you haven't give any direction that is why work is in modulus.
