Answer:

work done(w)= potential diff(v) × charge(Q)

w=v×Q (v=w/Q)

w=12×9

w= 108 J

Given,

Charge , q = 9 C

Potential difference = 12 V

We know,

V=\frac{W}{q}

∴ Work done = V . q

                         = 12×9

                         = 108  J

INFORMATION :

The electric potential at a point in an electric field is the amount of work done in moving a unit positive charge from infinity to any point against the electrostatic forces.
