Mass (m) = 28kg
Distance (d) = 39m
Gravity (g) = 10m / s²
Force (f) = m * g

Formula.

Work (w) = F * d

w = f * d
w = m * g * d
w = 28 kg * 10 m / s² * 39 m
w = 10920 kg * m² / s²
w = 10920 joules.

Answer.
w = 10920 J

Work=Force×displacement
Here,force(weight)=mass ×gravity
=28×9.8=274.4newton
Work=274.4×39
=10701.6 joules
Work done when lifting a mass of 28 kg at a height of 39 meters is 10701.6 joules.
