You're turning it from 52 deg to 232 deg. One must evaluate the PE at both points.
PE = -Ep*cos(theta)
At 52 deg, PE = = -5.7749E-24 J
At 232 deg, PE = = +5.7749E-24 J
Work = PE change = +1.15498E-23 J
