Thus, area = side ×side

(Friend, we we are going to analyse one number who can multiply by itself to give us 40000)

side = 200m

( 200×200=40000)

For fencing it, we need to find its Perimeter.

Therefore,

Perimeter= 200×4

= 800m

Hence, cost of fencing= $15× 800

= $12,000/-.
