At synapse the neurotransmitters like acetylcholine were released from synaptic knob of one neuron(in axon) to s.knob of other(in dendrites)
This neurotransmitter gives the excitation of the nerve fibre to release the neurotransmitters in its axon to next ones dendrites
This nerve impulse transmission takes place
