1. Traditional Personal Computers
PCs are general purpose computers; those that are independent and can be used by a single user. Sharing of resources, communication is not possible in PCs. They have all the necessary resources local to the machine and are efficient in processing all the requests locally.
2. Network Computers
Network computers are the computers that are connected to each other through a network. It is possible to share resources and communicate with other computers in the network. They have very less resources locally and minimal operating system too. They rely on the server for all their required resources.
