how NH3 donate electron to BF3, while the BF3 have a complete octet.​

No, BF3 does not have a complete octet. Boron has only 6 electrons around it ( three electrons of boron itself and three electrons of fluorine).

Due to this it can still accept a pair of electrons and hence ammonia can donate electron to BF3.
