Within a few time span it acquired support of every section of society many people including womens even, zamindar's ,etc. took an active part , the Congress party also supported it and tried to suppress British rule in India people boycotted school and colleges and attacked British symbols thus under this huge mass base it acquired full support.

▪️Non cooperation was were people were not only asked to boycott foreign goods but also to break colonial laws.
▪️Boycott of foreign goods .
▪️Gandhiji thought if people start opposing cooperation then the British will have no other option but have to leave the country.
