As in leguminous plants Rhizobium bacteria converts nitrogen into soluble form for the plants to absorb, in the same way non leguminous plants also have a microorganisms to convert atmospheric nitrogen into soluble form.
These microorganisms are called Frankia or Ascomycetes.
