we know, molarity= Weight of solute*1000/molecular weight of solute*volume of solute
while
Normality=Weight of solute*1000/Equivalent weight of solute*Volume of solute
since Equivalent weight= Molecular weight/no of equivalents,  Thus,
Normality=weight of solute*1000/(Molecular weight/no. of equivalents)*volume
=weightof solute*1000*no. of equivalents/molecular weight*volume
=Molarity*no. of equivalents

hope this helps!!
