How nuclear genome is different from plasmid genome in bacteria ​

The textbook is the genomic DNA, while the classes notes are plasmid DNA. Genomic DNA is DNA that is part of a organisms chromosomes. A plasmid is small loop of DNA which is separate. Bacteria typically have one circular chromosome, but a variable number of plasmid which they swap with other bacterial of their type.....!
