4. We should add healthy foods in our meals such as vegetables, fruits, milk, nuts, salad, egg, etc. We must take sufficient amount of fibers and required amount of calories to maintain good health.
5. Eating a healthy diet is very important for all of us. It helps us to fight against diseases and helps us to live longer. It also improves our immunity and keeps our organs strong and healthy.
