Let sita present age= x

Ram present age= 3x

After 13 years

So in both ages add 13

Now given in question that after 13 years ram age will be twice sita age minus 1 it means

2(x+13)-1=3x+13 ———————-(1)

2x+26–1=3x+13

2x+25=3x+13

3x-2x=25–13

x=12

So sita 's present age =12

Ram's present age =36
