Hi dear !!!

here is your answer !!

for H = 1
P = x

O = -2

=> 3 × 1 + x + 2× -3 = 0

3 -6 + x = 0

x = 3

hence P have Oxidation State of 3

hope it help you dear !!

thanks !!!

\bold{\underline{Answer-}} According to the question we know that H = 1 , O = -2

Now, let P = x

then , 3*1 + x + 2*-3 = 0

=> 3 - 6 + x = 0

=> x = 3
