Answer:-

they were a part of this movement only because they demanded reduction of the revenue which they had to pay to british government ...they asked the government ot reduce the revenue but the government denied ..so they became a part of the movement. Buisness class :- the business class were hurridely expanding their business but now they faced a problem ..it was the colonial restriction on buisness activities ..they wanted protection against the competition which will be bring by the import of foreign goods ...to organise business interest they formed Federation of the Indian Chamber of Comerce and Industries (FICCI) led ny thakurdas and GD birla Industrialist:- many did not took part in this movement except the indutrialist in nagpur ...they took part in this movement to fight against low wages and poor working conditions.

Patidar of Gujarat and jats of Uttar Pradesh were active in the movement. As there was a economic/trade depression in India so they were hardly hit by it and their cash incomes dwindled and they found it impossible to pay the tax. so CDM for them was about that the tax should be revisedbut as the movement was called off in 1932 the Patidar send charts were hardly disappointed by the government because the rates/ tax were not lowered down.

the main reason / demand of poor people was that the tax should not even lower down but it should be removed means they wanted no tax campaign. But congress was not unwilling to support no rent campaigning because they thought that supporting the poor people might upset the rich landlords and the rich peasants...

And moreover we can write on Buisness Class and the Industrial Working Class that how they formed FICCI in 1927 etc....
