and rest are in alphabets only so

LHS= PE

P=16

E=5

On adding values separately

thus PE = 1+6+5 =12

Now RHS = NO

N=14

O=15

On adding values separately

NO = 1+4+1+5 =12

thus PE =N15 =NO
